In today’s fast-paced world, it is possible to achieve success without perpetual high-grade stress. Contrary to how we often feel, it’s possible to jump off the hamster wheel and live life in a way that gives you the position, energy, income and fulfillment you desire. Brand
Everyone has a personal brand. Yep…that means you! Personal brands result from external perception of all of the visual, verbal, emotional and relational cues that we send people. No matter who we are – we have a personal brand. So, the important question is, “Are you aware of and are you happy with yours? Does it serve you in both strategic and fulfilling ways?” The majority of leaders aren’t clear about their brands. Even people who have worked on their image haven’t gone deep enough to ensure that their passion and their talents are consistently highlighted. If you aren’t branding what’s brilliant about you, you’re probably missing out on fulfillment, power, income and friends.
Strategy
Brilliant personal branding requires strategy. In our quick-fix culture, too many people associate personal branding with their style and their elevator pitch. Those are just two of several tactical elements that should be developed only after a clear talent-based strategy and message platform have been created and vetted by people other than you. Which points to a common personal branding mistake that leaders make – they try to create their brand in a vacuum of self-assessment. A self-assessment is not a valid assessment. How you experience yourself is quite a bit different from how others experience you.
It’s important to get your branding right. Start with talents and passion. Build around what elevates your confidence. And, engage in thoughtful and strategic ways.

Our Discover Your Brilliance retreats are self-discovery intensives that will help you find the intersection between your passion, talents and purpose, in order to create a clear and authentic value proposition for your life. We offer these retreats annually to Brand Your Brilliance members.
What if I have already done work on my personal brand?
Awesome! You may be a step ahead. A great personal brand has concrete elements that are applied and refined over a period of time. The Brand Your Brilliance Personal Mentoring was designed to help leaders cultivate a more confident, competent and authentic personal brand from whatever their starting point. Chances are, if you are reading this question, then you may still have some work to do in aligning your talents to your brand, or in finding the right way to broadcast your brand.
Can I get all of the training materials upfront?
The training has been designed so that each step builds on the last. You will naturally receive a new module every week for eight (8) weeks, however if you complete a module early, you can message us and we will release the next module for you right away. Releasing all the content at once encourages jumping around and picking and choosing what order to complete things – in which case you are likely to skip some content or find that you need to re-do steps. This is a tried-and-true process that I’ve used for decades with private clients, teams and individuals. It goes really quick and if you trust the process, it will provide a rich and rewarding experience, and allow you to create the result you desire.
How long will I have access to the program materials?
You will full access to the program for eight (8) weeks. That includes member learning site, private FB group, coaching, materials review, etc. After eight weeks you continue to have access to the videos and tutorials on the member learning site, however access to coaching and group calls ends. We want you to fully experience the program so if scheduling poses an issue, it is possible to suspend your process for emergent issues such as illness, travel, etc. In addition, all of the materials you receive can be download to your computer/device and are yours to use in perpetuity, as long as you respect the Excelerate copyright. (In other words, you may not share, copy or resell Brand Your Brilliance materials to a non-member under any circumstances.)
What if I need extra support?
Support is always available via email and phone. Additional coaching and strategy sessions can be accessed, as necessary. Depending on the level of supplemental support desired, additional investment may be required.
What happens after I enroll in Brand Your Brilliance?
Great question! Upon payment and agreement processing, you will immediately receive a welcome email with information, as well as an outline of activities and instructions to access the learning portal and begin your assessments. Within 48 business hours, you will receive an email from your Excelerate branding coach welcoming you to the Brand Your Brilliance program and providing details on how to schedule materials reviews and coaching calls. They will also review instructions for the assessments, the group forum, mentoring calls, and accessing the tools and resources. You will be able to access the first training module immediately.
Will I receive anything in the mail?
We deliver all materials electronically, and except for materials delivered during the live events, you will not receive anything in hard copy through the mail.
Do I have to be a leader, business owner or entrepreneur?
Not at all! Brand your Brilliance is valuable for everyone who cares about being productive, successful and fulfilled! Brand Your Brilliance is transforming for executives, business owners and business professionals, as well as non-profit volunteers, PTA presidents and job seekers. Brand Your Brilliance was created for anyone who wants to create a high-impact brand for themselves and/or their business.
Do You Guarantee Promotions?
A stunning 96% of our clients achieve the goals they stated at the beginning of the program. And, 91% of people who set out to achieve a promotion, got promoted. These individuals were open and committed to the process. They diligently built and worked their plans and earned their promotions/results. Every person’s situation is different and other people’s results cannot be used to predict the success of your results.
